GOOD PHOTO REFERENCE GUIDE:

Good photos for me to work from:

  • Please make sure the photos are well lit and in focus so all the facial features can be seen clearly
  • Please submit photos that are taken from around the eye level of the pet
  • Please try and submit photos shot an angle so I can see more of one side of the face (see the dotted red line photos as a reference)
  • Please submit photos that are at a good distance with a full outline of the head or body (full body only for smaller  dogs/ cats and smaller pets)
  • Its preferable for me to paint the pets not with their tongues out
  • Please make sure the eyes are fully opened and visible
  • Please make sure the head is fully visible and your pets face is not lying down/leaning on something, or has something in its mouth
